Job responsibilities:

1. Engaged in research and delivery related to information retrieval, information extraction, image recognition, intention understanding, knowledge mapping, etc. (one of the above directions);

2. Be responsible for the technical development planning of the company's core products, lead the team to continue iteration, and make NLP capabilities reach the leading level in the industry;

3. Continuously track the innovation work of the academic community and the technological trend of the industry, and undertake the transformation and implementation of advanced technologies.

Job requirements:

1. Doctor degree, major in artificial intelligence, more than two years of working experience, working experience in foreign universities/foreign research institutions/international enterprises is preferred;

2. Proficient in Python, C++, and in-depth understanding of TensorFlow, Pytorch, Caffe and other frameworks;

3. Solid algorithm foundation, familiar with algorithm related theories, algorithm principles and machine learning basic theories, and solid and good mathematical foundation;

4. Experience in NLP algorithm research and application, including text classification, entity recognition, text summarization, information extraction, emotion analysis, machine translation, reading comprehension, knowledge mapping, etc;

5. Have the ability to plan and build NLP technology capability system, identify key technologies in new fields, and develop evaluation criteria;

6. Enthusiastic about technology, able to continuously track the progress of NLP research, introduce advanced algorithms and technologies, and constantly improve the technical competitiveness of the team;

7. Work actively, have a sense of responsibility, be able to bear pressure, and have good teamwork ability.
